These terms apply to event planning and decoration services booked with Amazine Events, Ahmedabad.
Bookings
A date is confirmed once the quote is approved and the booking amount is received. The final scope, theme and timeline are shared in writing.
Payments
Payment milestones are listed in your quote. The balance is due before or on the event day unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Changes & cancellations
Changes to the scope may change the price. Cancellation charges depend on how close to the event date the cancellation is made and on costs already committed to vendors.
Venue & permissions
Clients are responsible for venue bookings and permissions unless venue management is part of the agreed services. Setup times depend on venue access.
Decor items
Rented decor items remain the property of Amazine Events or our vendors. Damage or loss caused by guests may be charged.
Photos
We may share photos of our decor on our website and social media. Let us know if you would prefer we do not.
